Bu çalışmanın amacı, Covid-19 salgını sırasında acil uzaktan öğretim (AUÖ) olgusunu devlet lisesi öğretmenlerinin bakış açısıyla öğretim uygulamaları açısından keşfetmektir. Nitel paradigmada bir fenomenoloji tasarım deseni olarak çalışma, devlet lisesi öğretmenlerinin deneyimlediği ve öğretmenlere birinci şahıs bakış açısıyla göründüğü şekliyle AUÖ olgusuna odaklanmıştır. Veriler, ölçüt ve kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi yöntemleriyle örnekleme alınan beş ortaöğretim devlet lisesi öğretmeninden toplanmıştır. Ayrıca, veriler bireysel yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmış, dictation.io programı aracılığıyla deşifre edilmiş ve içerik analizi yoluyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma, "değişen uygulamalar", "iyi ve kötü yanlarıyla AUÖ" ve "AUÖ deneyimlerinin en zorlu yönleri" temaları aracılığıyla AUÖ’ye ilişkin açık ve ayrıntılı açıklamalar sağlamıştır. Kişisel kazanımlar bir yana bırakılırsa, çalışma, karar vericilere AUÖ'nün uygulanmasının etkililiğini gözden geçirme konusunda içgörü sağlayabilir. Ayrıca sonuçlar, kriz zamanlarında AUÖ uygulamalarının ve öğrenmenin durumunu iyileştirmek için kullanılabilir.
