Data were obtained through semi-structured interview form, analyzed through content analysis method and document analysis of Power Up 9 textbook set was carried out. Research results revealed that, the course book was partly sufficient in terms of its physical properties and the goals defined in the curriculum. However, it was found insufficient in many respects in terms of content, learning and teaching process and evaluation items of the curriculum. The study also revealed that the workbook in general supports the course book, is enjoyable to study and interesting; but the teacher’s book does not provide guidance to the teacher As a result, it has been suggested that the course book should be evaluated systematically for high efficiency in use.
