Abstract.The purpose of this study is to examine the lives of teachers on work family enrichment and the antecedents and results on these lives. The research is designed in phenomenological design from the qualitative research types. Maximum diversity and criterion sampling methods were used from purposeful sampling methods in order to examine participant opinions about work family enrichment. In the 2016-2017 academic year, teachers working in public elementary and secondary schools in Kocaeli province, Başiskele district created the sample of the research. The research data was obtained by semi-structured interview form and content analysis was performed. The research found that teachers who spend time together with their families, spare time for themselves feel happier. Teachers who have these positive experiences and feelings have been seen to be vigorous in classroom and in school, organize new activities. According to research findings, teachers who are supported by parents and school administrators, who are appreciated, feel motivated by their work. These experiences have been found to be reflected to the family lives of teachers in becoming an understanding spouse and parent, and productive at home. From the research findings, it is possible to examine the relationships between work family enrichment and job satisfaction with the variables of family support, managerial support, work resources, and job performance.
